Terms of Service

Prominence measures what AI assistants and Google say about your business, flags what is wrong or missing, and helps you fix it, including a review-request tool and hosted answer pages. We report what we measure; we do not control what AI assistants or search engines say, and we never promise specific rankings, traffic, or revenue.

The 90-second scan is free and needs no account or card. A new account includes a 21-day free trial with no card required; you can cancel any time during the trial and will not be charged. If you subscribe, Stripe bills the plan you choose (monthly or annual) until you cancel. You can cancel from your account at any time; cancellation stops future charges and is not retroactive.

If we have not made AI describe your business more accurately within 90 days of a paid subscription, meaning your name, address, phone, and website stated correctly, email us from your account and we refund what you paid, in full.

You confirm you are authorized to act for the business you add. Do not misuse the product, attempt to break or overload it, or use it to send content that is unlawful or misleading. You are responsible for anything published or sent from your account with your approval.

We work to keep the product available and accurate, but it is provided “as is.” AI answers vary between sessions, so we sample repeatedly and report ranges, not guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior twelve months.
