Is this for my business?
Yes, if customers call, book or visit you and you have a Google listing. Dentists, med spas, home services and restaurants are examples, not a limit. A business that only sells online still gets the scan and the fixes for its own website, but not the Google tools.
What is the free scan?
You enter your business name and pick your listing. The free scan asks five questions a customer would ask, on ChatGPT and Perplexity, grades the answers, and writes the first fix we find. That is a small sample, so the free grade is an early read; the full scan in your trial asks each recommendation question nine times on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. No signup, no card, results in about 90 seconds.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We only read what is public about your business, nothing changes on your Google listing without your yes, and we never sell your data or use it to train AI. The detail: we read what’s already public about your business, and your scan history. If you connect Google, we change your listing only when you approve a fix. If you enter customers for review requests, we keep each name, the email or phone number and the date we asked. An email goes from us with an unsubscribe link; a text is written for you and sent from your own phone. Nobody is asked twice in 30 days. Do not enter health details. Payments run through Stripe. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. To run scans we send questions about your business to OpenAI, Perplexity and Google, and to read the answers and write drafts we send them to Anthropic, each under its API terms.
