Honest comparison
Prominence vs Podium
Podium works on messaging and payments after a customer reaches out.
Prominence works on the step before that: whether AI recommends you at all, and how to fix it when it does not. See Podium's site for what it covers.
Where Podium is the better choice
If what you need is help with messages and payments once a customer has reached out, look at Podium. Prominence does none of that.
See what AI says about you.
If the question is whether AI recommends you in the first place, and how to fix it when it does not, that is Prominence.
